Lucky me to have the same crew with Hj Saidi A Ghani, Khairuddin M Kassim, Hj Azman, Ravi Kumbong, Amit Som and Hj Fadhilah to names few. All of them take a very good play to organise and cook something for break fasting(bukak Puasa).

Amit Som- Good Tester and veteran cook from Sarawak River View
Hj Fadhilah- Tradisional food coordinator, sambal belacan specialist
Me- Bibik and second cook, Thai's food, Kelantan delight.
4:30 I will fetch Hj saidi provided of his free time from duty
4:40 Khairuddin will arrive and clean all the stuff left during sahur.
4:45 Khairuddin prepare all the cooking stuff while Hj Saidi prepare the hot plate and some light food.
5:00 Hj Saidi finished 2 main meal.
5:05 I finished 1 extra meal
5:06 Hj Saidi thinking of another meal.
5: 10 Rice cooked by Khairuddin.
5:30 Ravi arrived and clean/vacuum the floor.
5:45 Nizam the water boy arrives and boil tea or coffee.
6:00 Amit and pineapples arrived.
6:01 Hj Azman And Keropok Arrived.
6:30 Most of us are waiting at Malaysia Hall.
6: 45 Special extra pineapples from Amit ready to roll out.
6: 48 Drinks served

The charges of the food basically depends on the menu, usually 3 main course and 4 additional side dish offered at Malaysia Hall Tharjah during fasting months. Everybody brought their own raw material to lower down the cost of the buffet. Everybody's seem to enjoy the food served on eve
I used to address Hj Saidi as Chef from Hilton because of the food serve by him was very nice, tasteful and wonderful. I bet that he was a good chef at home too.
