Moving Foward....My point of views

It was popular it was the whole company wanna be and it was glamorous. Everybody's in the whole organization are encourage to embed the same word setting the same direction as we are going froward. I remembered few giant company's coming out with a nice motto and good slogan, war cry sort of toward Moving Forward. "The power of Dream" from Honda Motors for examples, is a motto to let the world know the the Japanes can dream better than any other peoples in this world, they have the ability to visualize their motor works, to dream of the future of motoring.

Consultant company are making billions of profit out of their recommendations, they will trudge the way for company towards a global player. Consultants are making money before we did.

Ok now everybody's on the same ship to move forward, the engine is ready, Captain giving orders. Dynamic organization always got a dynamic peoples to handle the most sophisticated business ship in the millennium where competitor harsh and cruel.

We are moving forward, faster than what we think off.

The question is are we moving into the right direction? are we fast enough to be ahead of others?, are we utilize all the momentum powered by nice war cry and slogan. The question is what is our acceleration rate?

To be part of the world successful business organization is like grinding a nice into a very sharp knife. The quality of the grinder and the workmanship must be "made in swiss" grade watch making.
