Pepatah Arab....
Kadang-kadang kita selalu membayangkan hidup kita penuh dengan kekurangan. Kita membayangkan hidup kita penuh dengan malang, penuh dengan dukacita. Apa yang kita harapkan tidak pernah menjadi kenyataan. Perasaan kecewa selalu menjadi teman.
Aku juga pernah merasakan hidup seperti terbuang tanpa keluarga dan teman-teman, tanpa wang yang banyak dan hidup yang kurang membahagiakan. Semakin hari aku melangkah kehadapan. Pernah juga bertanya kenapa tuhan begitu kejam melayan aku berbanding dengan hamba lain yang penuh dengan kesukaan. Sehingga aku menemui satu titik dalam kehidupan.
Aku bangun dan berjalan, menuju kesatu tempat yang penuh dengan kebahagian, tanpa ada rasa bosan, tanpa kesulitan. Bermula satu titik yang pertama aku menemui titik yang kedua dan seterus nya, titik itu kunamakan pelajaran.
Apabila murid telah bersedia maka akan ada guru yang akan datang. Aku belajar tentang kehidupan. Aku melangkah dengan tenang walaupun jalan seakan kabur dihadapan. Apakah kabur itu kesempatan yang menjanjikan kebahagiaan? Aku cuma melangkah ke hadapan.
Apapun yang berlaku akan berlaku dengan baik kepadaku, inilah yang aku tanam selama mana aku mampu berjalan.
Hari ini Tharjath sudah mula hujan, ada awan hitam dan rintik hujan. Debu-debu yang berterbangan sudah hilang bersama kenangan. Tanah yang gersang menjadi merah seakan baru lahir. Sempena hujan , pepatah Arab yang ku belajar menjadi hadiah kepada rakan.
"Pandang lah dunia dengan bunga yang penuh,
bergembirah disetiaphari kehidupan,
bergembiralah umpama anak-anak kecil"

Cara nya.
Masukkan cili boh kedalam kuali dengan minyak panas.
masukkan bawang besar dan bawang putih yang telah di blend.
Tumis secukup masa.
Masukkan sos tiram jika ada.
masukkan sos tomato jika ada.
masukkan kobis jika ada.
masukkan cili merah dan cili hijau jika ada.
masukkan sayuran lain jika ada.
Bukak penutup tin sardin dan tuangkan kedalam kuali.
Campurkan sedikit air mineral.
masak secukup masa.
Tambah garam secukup rasa.
Pesan kepada bakal chef
Kalau nak sedap bleh tambah macam-macam perencah bergantung kepada kreativiti masing-masing.kalau nak cepat sila tingkatkan kepanasan dapur....
